1. Scope and Your Agreement
This Privacy Policy applies to Aurelia: AI Video Creator ("Aurelia," "we," "us," or "our") and related communications with us. By using Aurelia, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Information We May Handle
Information you provide and choose
Depending on the features you use, Aurelia may handle:
- Prompts, descriptions, style or mood choices, and other creative instructions you submit;
- Photos, videos, images, audio, or other media that you deliberately select for a creation;
- Generated or edited video, previews, and other outputs produced in response to your choices; and
- Messages and information you include when you contact us for support, feedback, or a privacy request.
You control what you choose to submit. Please avoid including information or media that you do not have permission to use or that is more sensitive than necessary for your intended story.
Technical and usage information
When you use Aurelia, we may receive technical information needed to provide, protect, and improve the service, such as app version, device and operating-system information, language or region settings, timestamps, feature interactions, performance information, diagnostic logs, crash information, and network-related information. Depending on the feature and platform, this may include identifiers used for app operation, security, diagnostics, or entitlement verification.
Permissions
Aurelia may request access to device capabilities such as photos, videos, media storage, camera, or microphone only when relevant to a feature you choose to use. The permission request shown by your device controls the access available to the app. You can decline or later change permissions in device settings, although a related feature may then not work. Permission availability and wording depend on your device and app version.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information as reasonably necessary to:
- Receive your selected media and creative directions and produce the AI-assisted video or other output you request;
- Operate app functions, present results, support saving or sharing actions you initiate, and maintain continuity of a creation where applicable;
- Respond to support inquiries, feedback, and requests;
- Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect users, the app, and our rights;
- Understand general feature performance and improve the user experience; and
- Comply with law and enforce applicable terms.
4. AI Processing
Aurelia uses artificial intelligence to help transform your selected moments and instructions into moving stories. To provide a requested generation or editing feature, relevant prompts, selected media, settings, and intermediate or resulting content may be processed by systems involved in operating that feature. Processing may include analyzing content, applying your creative choices, generating frames or motion, rendering outputs, checking for technical failures, and applying safety measures.
AI results are probabilistic and may be unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You should review an output before saving, relying on, publishing, or sharing it. This Policy does not promise that all AI processing occurs only on your device, and it does not state that user content is used to train general-purpose AI models unless a separate, clear disclosure presented for a relevant feature says so.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
- To operate requested features. Information may be made available to technical systems or service providers acting for us when needed for hosting, processing, content generation, storage, delivery, security, diagnostics, or customer support.
- At your direction. If you use a device or app sharing function, the output and any information you choose may be sent to the person, service, or destination you select. Their practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
- For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce our terms.
- Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate handling under applicable law.
We do not publish a specific provider list here because the systems supporting the app may change. We do not represent that sharing is enabled unless you choose an available sharing action.
6. Google Play
If you download Aurelia from or use it through Google Play, Google may process information relating to downloads, device compatibility, app updates, payments or subscriptions if offered, license or entitlement checks, security, and store interactions under Google's own privacy policy. Google Play's terms and policies may also apply to your use of the store and distribution services. Aurelia does not control Google's independent processing.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing a requested feature, maintaining security and reliability, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and enforcing agreements. Retention may vary based on the type of information, whether a creation is still active, technical requirements, user choices, and applicable law. Temporary, cached, backup, security, and diagnostic records may follow different deletion cycles.
Removing content from your device does not necessarily remove a copy already shared with another person or external service. Where an in-app deletion option is available, follow its instructions; you may also contact us about a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No device, transmission, processing method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over your device and over the media and outputs you choose to save or share.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may choose not to provide optional content, may limit device permissions, may decide not to share an output, and may stop using the app. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability regarding certain personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

10. Children's Privacy
Aurelia is not directed to children under the minimum age at which they may consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. Do not submit a child's personal information or media unless you have the legal authority and all necessary permissions to do so. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to applicable law, contact us so we can review the situation.
11. International Processing
Information may be processed in locations other than where you live when necessary to operate Aurelia. Privacy protections may differ among jurisdictions. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for relevant transfers.
12. Third-Party Destinations
Aurelia may allow you to open or share to third-party services, including through operating-system functions. We do not control those independent services. Review their policies before sending content or personal information to them.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Aurelia, legal requirements, or our practices. We will revise the "Last Updated" date when we do. If required, additional notice will be provided through an appropriate channel. Your continued use after an update means the updated Policy applies to subsequent use, to the extent permitted by law.
